Test, validate and establish a model of support for job creation in a demonstration group of 800 companies and entrepreneurs through a process of 1) diagnosis of skills and business opportunities and innovation, 2) grouping of entrepreneurs and companies around skills, technological innovation, shared interests and market possibilities for generating cooperative business initiatives and 3) job creation, innovation and business opportunities through the online sale of products and services resulting from cooperative business initiatives.
